Example sales territory planning

There are numerous influencing factors that make it necessary to regularly review and restructure sales territory assignments. External factors include the constant changes in the territory structures used, such as postcode areas, municipal boundaries, macrocells, landscape segments, etc. Internal factors can be, for example
