Data at the push of a button: The new API data interface
New in easymap professional: Information at the push of a button. Purchasing power, households and many more data to enrich your customer base.
Data is the basis of every sound business decision. They support companies in all industries in objectively assessing their markets, sales, and locations. To make this even easier and more efficient for our customers in the future, easymap professional customers can download potential data on addresses at any time at the push of a button via the new API interface. This enables easymap users to enrich locations or territories with more information beyond the company’s own data and to evaluate the opportunities and risks for sales and marketing. Through the API interface, easymap users have access to the entire infas 360 data universe. For an overview of the data portfolio, visit the data catalog of our sister company infas 360.
How does the new API interface work?
The data interface in easymap professional is based on the so-called Open Data Protocol (OData), an http-based protocol defined by Microsoft for data access between compatible software systems. easymap users can use it to integrate data from various sources directly into easymap and thus perform queries and data selections at the push of a button at any time and from any location. Credits are used for this purpose, which are included as a contigent in the easymap professional scope of delivery. The query results can then be imported directly into easymap as data tables and used for your projects.
Uncover potential and achieve more with market data
No matter what the question – we have the right market data. Typical potential data includes purchasing power, socio-demographic data and households. In marketing and sales, for example, show where regional purchasing power hotspots are located and potential consumers can be targeted. As an important indicator of consumer behavior, purchasing power is a must when assessing B2C markets. Sociodemographic data such as population figures and their differentiation according to age groups as well as differently differentiated household figures complement the portfolio and support the identification of relevant target groups. The new API data interface can also be used to access information on buildings such as roof orientation, roof areas or building use in a zip code area. For energy, we offer data on renovation rates and energy consumption per household, among other things. Combine our data with your company data and make informed decisions for your business.
