Our service team is now also available to you in our new easymap support chat on our support portal.
Quick help via easymap support chat
Regardless of whether you have questions about content or operation, there is now another way to send us questions and suggestions. Integrated into our support portal, a support chat is now available to you. Are you looking for a specific function in the portal or do you have a quick question? On the bottom right of every page you will find a red and white chat bubble where you can tell us about your concern. Simply click on “Start new conversation” and get started. To make things even quicker: feel free to tell us your name and your company. This will give us direct access to your contracts and licences and we can help you without any detours.
Our support chat team is available to you from Monday to Friday (except public holidays) between 09-12 and 14-17 hrs.
Technical information for the easymap support chat
To be able to use the support chat without restrictions, please first check your privacy settings for our support portal. The settings can be adjusted in the portal at the bottom left with the grey button. Check Functional > Userlike so that the chat appears for you.

Of course, we are still available for you via the usual channels:
- Our support hotline is available to all customers with an update and service contract or service subscription. Call us Monday to Friday between 9-12 am and 2-5 pm at +49 228 9591414.

Tip: Attach files that help us to quickly understand and solve your problem (e.g. easymap maps or screenshots, taking data protection into account). Do not forget to include a telephone number in your e-mail so that we can call you back if necessary. Support by e-mail is free of charge for all customers.
